• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: personal care products, custom orders, and sale/clearance items.

• Unless your item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive your return.
• If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
